Does Swan offer a warranty on home products?
Yes, all Swan furniture pieces come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. Textile and decor items are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are the materials used in Swan products sustainably sourced?

Do you provide assembly services for larger furniture?
Yes, we offer professional assembly services for an additional fee at checkout. If you choose our White Glove Delivery option, assembly and packaging removal are included in the service.
